I know from conversation MrDoaba veer ji has great respect for Taksal. I think what he's saying is if you're going to throw rocks don't cry when it's your turn to get pelted, not anything against Taksal.

Serious question though, how would one use a Dori Kirpan practically? Like how would it be used?

I think thats why some people say its just for show because maybe you can't use it well? I wouldn't know.
