Receding hair line

iv been tying a dummala for a few years and I have to tie it tight because I have an active job but whats happening is that my hair line has thinned out and receded alot from the front, and being a women I find this difficult to deal with, I was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem and if they were able to get their hair line back and make the hair thicker again.

any help would be very much appreciated
