Can panj ishnaan replace full ishnaan at amritvela? Panj during amritvela and then after nitnem full ishnaan after amritvela is that okay or not?

as far as I was taught panj isnaan is done before kirtan Sohila and Sodar if no water availability for shower (shower ideal for end of day in hot countries).

I'm not quite as strict on rehit for people that are in extenuating circumstances as some other people on this board. I understand that there are situations where you can't take a bath, but assuming that you can take a bath after amritvela, why can't you do so during amritvela?

I don't know where you are, but there is no country where Sikhs are living (India, UK, US, Canada, Australia, NZ), where hot water is not available. So what gives?
