Eye Twitching While Doing Simran

Hello Everyone,

 

I have a question regarding Naam Simran.  So for the last two weeks, I have been doing Simran.  But whenever I close my eyes and do Simran, my eyes get out of control! It keeps twitching and then then it forcefully opens my eyes. Knowing that Simran is an inward journey, I find this to be a bit distracting. 

 

Have you ever experienced this?

 

Any advice?

Simran is intrinsic, but it is extrinsic too?

Some meditation even is done in between like zochin. 

Seems to me simran through it and don't worry. 

I've uh noticed in the past when my bhang was really strong and I was enjoying it daily this happened more. 

So much tension in the eyes. It's good to let it go. Just let it be natural. 

I'd wait for some more well founded advice from the Khalsa, but that is my experience.

I think it’s something to do with blocked energy that maybe releasing, but I’m not sure or the muscles. Would be nice if somebody else explained it.
