Can an Amritdhari be in a relationship at a young age? ( 16 - 25 years old )

I see so many amrithdhari having GF/BF. But I don't know if it's a right thing or not?

Also,I can't speak Punjabi. But I can understand. So can I take amrit?

I think Baba Harnaam Singh ji was illiterate but took Amrit.  He used to do Mool Mantra Jap instead of reading Nitnem (not sure about this so please double check).

Do you mean Sant Harnaam Singh ji? If so then no, he was not illiterate, he knew how to read punjabi. Not sure if this is the person your talking about though
