If this is true, there could only be 1 reason why, (more people visiting means more $$$), but still better than spgc destroying stuff

Maybe, but exactly how much extra rupees do you think a visitor will spend while in Pakistan? Anyways, if their rehabilitating gurdwaras for the sake of a few extra rupees that would be spent on atta whatever while we're there coincides with our interest in seeing these gurdwaras preserved, I'd say that's a win-win situation.

Perhaps there is a bigger agenda at play here by warming up to the Sikhs?

Could it be a divide and rule ploy or is it from the goodness of their hearts...

From what I have seen of their establishment there is no good deed unless a favour is expected.

I however do agree it's good for our deteriorated sacred sites albeit a little late.

Guest Help Poor Sikhs

It's quite clever of the Pakistani's really.

The de facto Pakistani ruler Nawaz Sharif is from the Brahmin caste and is outwitting us as Sikhs big time.

Stage 1 was where the Paksitani's killed 20% of the Sikh population in Pakistan during the Pakistani Genocide of Sikhs

Stage 2 is where they market Nankana Sahib to gullible Sikhs in order to enrich the Pakistani Government.

With the profits generated from Sikh tourists they facilitate the increased sale of Pakistani drugs in east Punjab.

But we can't really blame the Pakistani Jatts, Pakistani Khatri's and Pakistani Brahmins etc for exploiting Sikhs.

We can only blame ourselves if we don't care about spending the limited resources we have to uplift poor Sikhs.

Sikh female fetuses are being, Sikhs dying from cancer, Sikh children not getting an education, Sikhs dying from Pakistani supplied drugs ... so it's clear that anyone who spends on pointless tourist pilgrimages to Pakistan doesn't care for Sikhi
