Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh 

i had a question about shri sahej paatth maryada. Are we allowed to do it without bana on when we are in a hurry (work,school,etc.) I normally wear bana when doing paath but when I go to work can i wear clean pant kameez while doing paath? It is amazing that you wear bana while doing paath.

Don't worry about work, you don't need to wear bana while doing paath it is a personal choice.

The clothes should be decent and clean though.
