Jagtar Singh Johal sent to Judicial Custody till 30th Nov

ਸਕਾਟਲੈਂਡ ਦੇ ਵਸਨੀਕ ਜਗਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੱਗੀ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਰਟ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅੱਜ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। 30 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਅਗਲੀ ਪੇਸ਼ੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ।
ਸਰਦੀਆਂ ਕਾਰਣ ਲਿਆਂਦੇ ਗਰਮ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਇਨਕਾਰ  । ਵਕੀਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਅਪਣੇ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਾਰਡ ਵੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਖੋਹ ਲਏ। 
ਕੋਰਟ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਕੇਸ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਹਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਸ਼ੇਰੇ ਬਾਬਤ ਇਕ ਦਿਨ ਹੋਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

Bagha Purana – The local court in Bagha Purana sent Jagtar Singh Johal alias Jaggi to 14 days judicial custody till November 30.

but within hours he was returned to police custody and now they have extended remand another five days
