5% to 7% of the Dehli Population is Sikh. That is like 1 to 1 and half million Sikhs. Hence everyone is going to suffer from the poor air quality including Sikhs.

today delhi is only 3-4% sikh at most. Sikhs have moved on

It was caused by the usual pollution from Industry but what had tipped it over the edge was the stupid decision by Captain that he would stop stubble burning. The farmers obeyed but then all at once decided to burn the stubble. If the stubble had been burnt in stages as usually happens then it would not have been that bad.

Unfortunately the pollution has also affected Punjab as well. If the pollution was only hitting the Delhiwalas then I would have no problem with them having their throats burnt just as they did to the Sikhs in 1984.

You would have no problems with over 1.5 million Sikhs having there throats burnt in dehli?

I have been to Dehli some of the biggest and historic Gurdwaras are there such a Bangla Sahib. Aslo very big population of Sikhs there.

Oh okay. I was quite impressed with Dehli airport. Very modern and quirky in search of a better word. 

But the city has issues with poverty. 22% of the population live in slums. There are some good areas .

The Sikhs mostly live in the afluent Rajouri Garden area of dehli. But its over crowded nearly everywhere you go.

they have aspirations but until they train up their staff and police to be people orientated it's always gonna leave a bitter aftertaste ... like the stupid rules of not being able to sit in the waiting area for international flights until one hour before , if you have a connection or some delay there is nowhere to sit and no one gives two hoots ...
