Nothing to do  with phobia.  If one is a Sikh he/she will not believe in any pakands/fasts/vaanshs/artis with divas etc.

And what gave you the impression that anyone believes in pakhands? What's wrong with Aarti with Divas, it's the correct way.

Had arti with divas been correct, Guru Nanak would not have composed Arti.
