Hey guys so I have listened to someone doing katha, which said that at 2 o clock, in sach khand, nagaras are beaten, the sound of the nagaras are heard through out the 5 khands but only GURMUKHS and saints, mahapurkh, etc can hear these. I am not sure of the person saying this but this person takes more than 48 explaining japji sahib and sukhmani sahib. If I find the part in which he says this I will find a way to put it up here....

Could this explain how saints are able to wake up at amrit vela?

But what do you guys think.

Gurmukhs, Saints, Mahapurukhs, need not to wake up at a specific time, they are already awaken  within, in the spiritual realms, at all times, their connection with Wahiguru is at all times 24/7. Their divya drishtee is the consequence of that avastha.

Their chit, consciousness, is pure already, that is why the way they talk, they behave, is so much in accordance, with wisdom, goodness, purity, love and mercy towards all without any distinction.

They have crossed long ago, that stage of getting up at a  particular time, or putting efforts to remain pure like we ordinary human beings usually do.

We are all poor students yet, while, they are like teachers now.

What do you mean by the above highlighted line? But yes this is true. Mahapurakhs see and hear things we don't because they are clean from within so they only see maharaj and his beauty and everything that's in that.
