I have heard many times from my elders that whoever you marry its written. Its kismat/ destiny . But then I know so many women who are 40 and not married. It just makes me think was nothing written for them. If somebody could reference some quotes from the Guru Granth Sahib that would be help me to gain a good insight. Thanks.

I'm not aware of any verse from Gurbani where it's stated who will get married who won't.

Nobody knows what's in their destiny, single or married life.

One has to play cards which a person is dealt with.
