Does anyone know of the Ardas done at sachkand Sri hazoor sahib, if so could you reply with a romanised version with the names of the gurdwareh mentioned in the ardas, thanks

I have heard Hazur sahib ardas more than a couple of times. Its different than standard ardas . Gurdware mentioned are 

Sri Chamkaur ji, Lakhnaur ji, Takht kesgarh sahib ji anandpur , talwandi ji , hira ghat ji, shikar ghat ji, nanak mate ji , Patna sahib sri Harmandar, Nanakana sahib ji.

Delhi main rakaab ganj , sis ganj , bangla sahib ji .
