If you had read Gurbani you would have understood the post.  In order to understand Gurbani you would need to step out of your manmat views on lust.  Your mind is in the gutter (lust).  Try doing sangat of a Singh with a high jeevan.  Ask him, I need to know the effect of sex on the jeevan.  You don't have the ability to notice the effect because your jeevan is very low.  I know this because of how you speak highly of lower animal instincts.  Its like when a manmukh person says drinking alcohol has no bad affect on me.  They enjoy what is impure and swear at what will heal the reason they are drinking in the first place.  Marriage life, single life, swingers life eventually all become dull.  So people try new negative ways to add spice to life.  The mind gets only excited for a second till it wants more thrill seeking enjoyment.  

Anyone suffering from lust related problems should read Sukhmani sahib.  Focus on teachings given.  The first 13 astpadees are filled with contentment.  The burning flame inside will extinguish with Guru Sahib Kirpa.  Try to read as many astpadees in a day.  The goal is not to just read, but to understand the message being given.  5th pauri of the 22nd astpadee says how to eliminate the dirt built inside us.  Satguru says

1. Join the sangat of the holy and be happy.

2. Sing the glories of Vaheguru. (Hence Sukhmani sahib is read)

3. Contemplate the essence of Vaheguru name. (Contemplate over Sukhmani Sahib.)

4. Sing more Gurbani and understand;

5. Vaheguru is with you 24 hours a day and by doing so, ignorance and darkness with depart. (The heavy weight of lust will depart)

6. Listen to Guru Sahib teaching and engrave them in the mind. (Drill the teachings into your as they become your new primal instinct).

Result

This is the way to attain liberation and become one with Vaheguru.
