How to do bhog la prasad?

While doing prashad seva yesterday, a bibi came to me and said if I could do 'bhog la prasad' in ardaas.

In most cases only an Amritdhari can do bhog in public, and then give it to 5 Singhs, (Amritdharis), if there aren't 5 Singhs, (not 4 Singhs, 3 Singhs, 2 Singhs, or 1 Singh), then you give the Prasad to a Sarbloh batta.
