੩) ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਨਿਤਨੇਮ, ਨਾਮ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ?

੪) ਸ਼ਾਮ ਦੇ ਨਿਤਨੇਮ – ਸ੍ਰੀ ਰਹਿਰਾਸ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਕੀ ਹੈ?

੫) ਨਿਤਨੇਮ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਕਰਨੀ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਨਹੀਂ?

੬) ਕੇਸਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਕੰਘਾ ਕਿੰਨੀ ਵਾਰੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਦੋਂ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ?

੭) ਕੀ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਦੇ ਨਿਤਨੇਮ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇਸ਼ਨਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਨਹੀਂ?

੮) ਕੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਸੋਹਿਲਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸੰਪੂਰਨ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਕਰਨੀ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਨਹੀਂ?

੯) ਜੇਕਰ ਨਿਤਨੇਮ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਹੋਣ ਤੋ ਰਹਿ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿਚ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਨਹੀਂ?

੧੦) ਕੀ ਸਵੇਰ ਦਾ ਨਿਤਨੇਮ ਕੀਤੇ ਬਗੈਰ ਪਰਸ਼ਾਦਾ ਭੋਜਨ ਛਕਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਨਹੀਂ?
