Culture works both ways. All migrant communities are influenced by the host countries as well.

These type of articles play an underhanded game where it's message to say that there is no such thing as British culture and is really a hotch potch of other cultures.

Could be.

The article was published on Indian website not British.

Which means it was written from an Indian or migrant perspective.
