Ardas is that which you submit to Vaheguru and accept that he provides the will of everything. For an informal Ardas you can say:(I've never said the thinv below):

"Vaheguru, I know I'm not good enough for --------, but please with your grace, allow me the opportunity to better myself, to show your way,"

Ardas is being humble, not a shopping cart ir some order. Just do what @harsharan000 says.
