Which bania should be read at amritvela?

Is there a specific set bani to read, as I know other maryada require you to do Waheguru nitnem.

The five banis which are used to prepare khade-bate da Amrit are:

1) Japji Sahib by Guru Nanak ji

2) Jaap Sahib by Guru Gobind Singh ji

3) Sudha Swayye by Guru Gobind Singh ji (they begin with "sravag sudh")

4) Benti Chaupai by Guru Gobind Singh ji ("Hamri karo hath de racha...")

5) Anand Sahib by Guru Amar Das ji

They are read in the morning.

Brother all Banis in Gurbani, point us to the only one Bani, and that is His Saacha Nao.

All the Banis mentioned by BhForce above,should be read with utter love and devotion, and by payingcarefull attention to each shabad in them, to understand the purpose of Guru Sahiban for us jeevas, because, then only our mind can become pure enough, for the following step in our Bhakti, which is His simran.

That is why, Gurbani tells us : Prabh ka Simran, Har gun Bani.
