I don't understand if that means if you are vegan or not lol. Vaheguru ji Ka Khalsa Vaheguru ji Ki Fateh

means he eats flesh foods as well as milk cheese etc.

The levels of artificial hormones given to females passes into milk so increases cancers in drinker or eaters of milk products . This in female humans is over and above their natural needs and gets converted into androgens which produces hirsutism , tumours benign and otherwise, polycystic ovary syndrome and other unpleasant effects . Going organic would be a good first step but ultimately milk consumption should be minimised because we do not need to ingest all that casein which causes digestive disorders/inflammation and casomorphins . Yes folks drinking milk is like being an addict on opioids and even worse if you eat concentrated forms like cheese getting hooked hardcore. Vegetarians have been heard to say I just can't stop eating cheese/paneer.

There's only one solution. Become a sarb loh bibeki, meaning person who ONLY consumes own grown food and ONLY consumes milk they got themselves frm cows. Today it's milk tomorrow it's "The 19 hours working slave is constantly punished to work on rice..." Then we question where and how the rice was retrieved, as cruelty was involved.
