Indore: Gurdwara demolished by the police

Shocked to see this latest news apparently Police have demolished a gurdwara in Indore , after beating and swearing at sangat including women and children

Guess everyone would rather talk about the quran than a working Gurdwara being demolished in the space of a couple of hours in Madya Pradesh by the POLICE and local Govt.

Background story to this is? Police don't just demolish gurdwara for no reason because the legal and other political authorities would get involved.

I suspect this is probably another case of illegal encroachment of land and low IQ sikhs or scheming gadar gurdwara committee members not alerting the Sikhs in india or global Sikh community about a demolition order and just kept quite until crap hit the fan and they started howling like an ape when demolition team arrived and police came too to back them up.

That's why we shouldn't cast judgement until we get the FULL and true story to this.

India isn't that much of a lawless place where police and demolition team turns up announced on the day of the demolition there would have been months if not years of notice given to the committee of what the legal ruling is.

dont know about that they demolished the frontage of my Masi's restaurant because of competitor's wishes and her refusal to pay protection money (Jalandhar) India's very crooked .. remember they destroyed a chabeel that had been standing for over forty years  claiming encroachment but that was major BS

Seriously, what can be done about this? We can jump up and down abroad, but nothing will happen. And the Sikhs in India don't give a <banned word filter activated> about it. 

Who can we complain to (because we clearly can't do anything ourselves)?
