WAHEGURU JI KA KHALSA WAHEGURU JI KI FATEH!!!

This is a very serious please VERY VERY SERIOUS

I am dying. This fake me that I thought was me this whole time is dying. This ego or fake self. 

Through Satguru Ji (Waheguru Ji) Maharajs teachings/blessings I have come to realize that I do not exist. But I this fake me my ego is trying to run. I (This fake me) have been slowly not being able to do my Nitnem my mind is trying to latch on to Vikaars beacause it doesnt want to die and or cotemplate Naam (The real me) BUT it I (my ego) knows at the same time it has nowere to run. I KNOW EVERYTHING is Waheguru Ji himself. What i see, hear, touch, think is all Him, my Beloved, so I KNOW i have nowere to run or hide.

I this ego knows this and it is still trying to run away (its trying to grasp something that it doesnt think is Waheguru Ji) its trying to stay alive by doing "bad" things. More it realizes that this vikaar is too apart of this game the more I (Waheguru Ji) realizes that this is just Me (Waheguru Ji) testing myself then I (my ego) it runs to something else another vikaar that can make "me" (this ego) feel alive. I know it is a matter of time before I die i know this 100%. I know that ill fully realize My self (Waheguru Ji) one day but Im going crazy but i cant say that at the same time cause i KNOW its kirpa.

What do i do? But idk at the same time idk why i came here.

idk i need help idk what i need to do??? How do i submit? Or do i just let myself run until i cany run no more? Accept the hukam ? Or maybe this is part of the Game for this character ? This is its story ?

Waheguru i just need something

You're having panic attacks and anxiety. Sort that out first, then think about anything else. 

Calm down, nothing's going to happen, you're getting into a stressed state by not relaxing. Whatever you've done is past and ask for forgiveness from God for that and to help to on the right path. 

You mention Hukam, listen to the shabad and contemplate it to help you:

Don't worry, take one step at a time. 

There's a past post that Harsharan paji put on "I". If I find it I'll add it later, can't seem to find it now. By the way Harsharan paji, wherever you are,  I think the OP would benefit from your input.

Similar thing happened to someone i know. He started meditating alot and had an out of body experience. When he saw his body lying down on the sofa with the eyes closed and not moving. He thought he had died. He got so scared that he stopped meditating and started playing games n was on the computer all day. He was afraid to meditate, even tho he knew i am the soul and this body is fake. 

You can do a couple of things: 

1. Pray. Ardaas. Explain ur problems to guruji. He will help

2. Sangat. Stay in the company of good ppl. Try to find someone more spiritually advanced ie a sant

3. Read more gurbani. Especially dasam granth bani. Read Akal Ustat, Chaupai Sahib, chandi di Vaar, see the morphasis of chandi into kali as a metaphor for urself. After killing the vikaars, ur ego wont die but transform into its better, bigger self. You will not have died but become enlightened. God will not take over and replace u. You will become God and have limitless power to destroy and create. Of couse i can say it, u can say it a thousand times but u must realize it not just know it. So read Gurbani, dasam bani, read Rumi's poetry, listen to spiritual discourse, read books by sant ishar singh ji rara sahib. Look into wat buddhism says about enlightenment. Read bhai randhirs singhs books or bahi vir singhs. These are online. Google 

Do ardaas, take a hukamnama. Remember Kirpa is needed.

do not worry at all, you are blessed by Guru Jee. Submit yourself into Him, by merging yourself in His jaap, then your fake ego will get dissolved, and only the pyar of Wahiguru will surround and fill you.

I think you should focus on doing Paath and visit the Gurdwara more often, do some Seva, and if you're a English native watch the Youtube channel Basic of Sikhi, remember all the Shaheeds and the Guru's sacrifice.

Thank you for helping me everyone. My apologizes i couldnt explain what was going on i tried my best to put it perfectly. Whatever was happening It was just part of the game for this particular character. But it realized through Satguru Jis Kirpa and blessings that

There is nothing but Waheguru. There is NOTHING BUT WAHEGURU. Waheguru Ji has done kirpa i see now that Realization IS the seeing. I see myself thats all that is seen. I never existed the way i thought i existed to begin with nor did these others i thought to be or thought to exist. It was me and it is me this whole time. Im talking to myself, i am helping myself, i am replying to myself, i am the one repling to this post that i wrote in various saroops. This is Ek Onkar and this is Naam. You reading this is me and this is you who typed it. There is no difference. I just had to submit to the truth that there is nothing but Waheguru. 

I had nowere to run and i knew this but still tried to run until i couldnt run anymore. Satguru Jis kirpa and mercy he made me realize this so it tried its best but knowing that Har Bin Avaar n Koi it eventually had to kneel infront of the Guru (Waheguru Ji) cause there is nothing but Waheguru then whos the one running??? Who was dying???? How can that die which never existed and why did it think to exist?? It never did. 

Main moorakh jayna adrooi reh. 

You are Waheguru and Waheguru is You there is no difference just sumbit to this realization and you will see the Truth you will see God and only God. There is truly noone and nothing but Waheguru.
