Why do Sikhs In India dont really think marrying their daughters to Hindu men Is a problem?

Ksychatrias are a huge caste and among them there is huge divisions. To a Rajput a Khatri is a lower caste, to a Khatri Rajputs are lower, and both of them think Aroras are not even Ksychatrias, (even though they are), though they'd still have Rishtas among each other if no other person of their specific tribe is around. Also only Punjabi Khatris had this system, and nobody else even would consider this idea which is why that large caste is not a higher percentage; (though among all Sikhs they seem to have a relatively high percentage, as only smaller than Jaats in population).

so sare choodia paa ke baageh si? or did they all do the usual hindu thing and submit to a new master to prserve their sad carcasses

I thought this was only common in the Khatri and Arora communities?

Very true. Religions only make progress when they can exercise political power as well. Christianity was a small sect of the downtrodden and the slaves until Constantine made it the state religion and today we have over 3 billion Christians. When the Sikhs held power during the days of the Misls and Maharaja Ranjit Singh tens of thousands of Hindus became Sikhs in order to advance under the Sikh rulers. When the Khalsa Raj was destroyed by the British, the same numbers of Hindus left Sikhi without even a second thought. 

In the 1930s and 1940s the Nankana Sahib committee along with the SGPC set up parchar centres in Western Uttar Pradesh in order to preach Sikhism to the lower castes there. In just a decade they had increased the Sikhs from 40,000 to 252,000. Then along came Hindu Raj in the form of the 'independence' of India in 1947. One the first acts of the new Hindu Rulers were to limit the  reservations given to the lowers castes to just those who were Hindus. Probably half of those who converted to Sikhism prior to 1947 in UP reverted to Hinduism to take advantage of these reservations. A similar number would have done the same in Punjab. When the Akali Dal managed to get these reservations extended of Sikh lower castes in 1956 as well the damage had already been done. 

There is no doubt that had we achieved Khalistan in 1947 probably all the lower castes of Punjab would have become Sikh unlike just 60% as is the case now.
