This is bad. I couldn't believe an Amritdhari could do such stuff, and truth be told, it does seem like such cases are rare (remembering he hasn't been convicted yet). You can see this bloke has a khula daara behind his 'mask'. Soon they'll get a proper picture of him and blast it all over the media.

should get the singhs together and pay him a visit and tell him he has no right to the bhes of a gursikh .... just like a nihang who has dishonoured his Guru ji through his behaviour is stripped of his bana.

54 offenses. Jesus wept. Bad does not some it up. So far everyones labelling them a muslim gang. When the media get hold of his mugshot, everyones gunna know it's Mr singh. Then the term "asian" will surely apply; the term we've been crying over. The Muslim community continue to brush the issue under the carpet. We need to openly condemn these child raping kuthay. Not under my name. Loud and clear before they tarnish us all.

Haha how did he get involved?! With that many charges, it appears he's the leader mate. He's taken the child rapist gold medal. How did he get involved in sikhi is the better question.

Back in the sikh day, the punishment for rapists was death. Lutti izat can never be returned.

My friend. Try living in the same small town as him. Try working in town centre hearing about this <banned word filter activated> at every corner. I can't find a place to hide my face.

There is some presentation happening in Huddersfield tonight I believe by Sikh Youth UK regarding grooming. I think it took place in the Singh Sabha Gurdwara or a Lions MMA gym. I don't whether you attended it.

Guys. If this guy is guilty, I don't think we personally should feel ashamed about his actions. Even though (I imagine) there are quite a few antiSikh people who will be happy as hell that one of our lot is getting tarnished with this brush, even more so given the way certain members of our community have been very proactive (and even successful) in forcing our own, and wider society in the UK to face up to this stuff going on under everyone's noses.

We shouldn't live in any denial about it. We DO have sexual predators in our community. It's impossible that we don't. If anything they are probably under-reported.

The sooner these people are caught and/or exposed the better. We should be alert (without being paranoid) about it.

What I would say is that we don't seem to have an epidemic of this stuff (as far as I am aware) in England. But cases will exist and pop up.

As long as we are honest to ourselves about these things. We can all strive to keep these things to a minimum in our community.

@MisterrSingh I think you said it best a while ago in some thread when you posited the possibility that we are probably going to have a bunch of cases emerge (I believe especially with cases within families) in the future, as more and more people feel confident enough to talk about it. We all know how powerful 'shame' and 'honour' are in our communities psyche and how it has already prevented (probably) thousands of girls from keeping their own sexual exploitation hidden over decades.

Let's keep it real, and strive really hard to make sure we don't have scores of prolific, hidden paedos in our midst.

In the end, let's take some solace in the fact that any guilty people being caught means that there will be vulnerable victims who are now that little bit safer. And that such predators will have a harder time doing this in future.

Don't focus excessively on the impact it has on us personally - think about the victims instead.

Why do you think there are many more sexual predators belonging to the Sikh community than say, the Hindu one?

For the Hindu community being a sexual predator is the norm.  Sticking a metal rod in a woman's <banned word filter activated> forcefully as she tries to stop the sexual assault is your Monday night get together with cousins and uncles.

This happened in Northolt, West London. This guy goes online pretends to be an underage girl and then catches these types. My apologies for the language.

The reason I think that he is Afghan Sikh is because apparently he worked in an off licence. Afghan Sikhs are the ones that mainly run off licences these days, particularly around the West London area.

Also, the baseball cap over the patna kind of makes me think it is an Afghan type.

Afghan Sikhs are not particularly liked by some of our people as they seen as a bit "purvy ".

I have heard about incidents on Southall Broadway with Afghan stall holders harassing women.

I think in regards to these kinda cases we should hold judgement until the court trial is over. Also we dont know if the "victims" are from the same community as defendants or another community. As in this case they haven't suggested the all girls were white british girls in any of the articles about this so I'm guessing it wasn't targeting specific community of girls like the other cases of pakistani muslim pedo rape gangs.

But what is dangerous is the racist white mainstream media article writers/editors and those racist protestors outside court whose pushing the narrative that its mostly asian/brown skinned men involved in this kinda stuff when we know most of the underage sex crimes are committed by white men and street grooming sex crimes by mostly black Afro-carribean and pakistani muslim gangs. A big hoo haa aint made when white men are brought to court regarding these kinda crimes but if an asian/brown skinned person does it then it seems like a bigger offense which goes against all norms of natural justice. So we need to start calling out the racists who are targeting people by skin colour and race.

As for the two so called Sikhs in this case if they are found guilty I would throw the book at them to show we do not tolerate such kanjars in our community. Especially the drug pushers, as under age sex/rape crime may ruin 1 life but those who drug deal often ruin more than 1 life and destroy many families.

To Non-Sikhs it doesn't matter where we come from.

Partially agree with you veerji.

The media intensifies when the culprits belong to minority groups, especially asian. An obvious bias exists. But there's no point in lashing back with excuses (if the culprits were white or black etc) because of course the same logic applies to us. Let's say these girls were our daughters (which they are but let's say they were sikh) and the groomers were white; pretty certain we'd be out in the 1000s. E.g. Leicester was it above the shop/restaurant? We were all so quick to protest (rightly so) and shame the muslim community (wrong in my opinion. Evil has no religion. But each to their own view. Queue the bashing). However, when our own are involved, we're all hush hush about it. "Mitti pao" cover it up. The exact same attitude the muslim community has shown when dealing with such issues, albeit at a much larger scale. And it's this very attitude that will only come round to bite us later on.

      Akalifauj, you tw*t........
    • Btw, you might be interested in this book. It's in regards to America, but could apply even more to Britain since the percentage of Muslims is so much higher: Infiltration: How Muslim Spies and Subversives have Penetrated Washington by Paul Sperry  https://www.amazon.com/Infiltration-Muslim-Subversives-Penetrated-Washington/dp/1595552480?tag=nypost-20 The most sinister terrorists won't be sneaking through our borders from the Middle East. They're already here. This is the untold story about the silent, yet extremely dangerous threat from the Muslim establishment in America?an alarming exposé of how Muslims have for years been secretly infiltrating American society, government, and culture, pretending to be peace-loving and patriotic, while supporting violent jihad and working to turn America into an Islamic state. In this powder keg of a book, you'll learn: How radical Muslims have penetrated the U.S. military, the FBI, the Homeland Security Department, and even the White House?where subversive Muslims and Arabs have received top-secret clearance. How they've infiltrated the chaplains program in the federal and state prison systems?a top recruiting ground for al-Qaida. How they've successfully run influence operations against our political system with the help of both Democrats and Republicans, badgering corporate boards into Islamizing the workplace. How we've been utterly duped about what the Quran does and doesn't teach. Sadly, much of anti-Western terrorism is simply Islam in practice, the text of the Quran in action. In a time when religious and political leaders are scrambling to smooth over differences in faith and beliefs, this book gives the terrifying truth abaout the very real, very deadly agenda of Islam and how it has already infiltrated key American institutions with agents, spies, and subversives.
    • I tried and failed to find any post by user @Commuterist that triggered the socialist party account. Do you have that?
    • First of all, that clash at the Akal Takhat keeps paying us negative dividends again and again. On the one hand, what was the big deal with letting Simranjit Singh Mann address the congregation? He had been doing it for a long time without issue. On the other hand, Mann's peeps did not have to riot, certainly not pulling out kirpans. (Or was that just the SGPC Task Force?)  Stupid. Secondly, it was not religious violence per se. I suppose it would have been if Sikhs and Hindus were going at it. It was a dispute about allowing someone to make a political speech. In that sense, the riots at Berkeley and Middlebury College to prevent speakers from speaking were Christian violence, no? Even if all (most) were Christians even if nominally, that doesn't make the violence Christian violence.

Amazing to see His grace inspire satsangat to help our sister from the entrapment of maaya.  Thank you all for such beautiful  Gursikhi support at a time when it was needed. And thank you bhenji for listening to the conscience and not your mind. He is always listening, we just need to find the ears and eyes to recognise Him. Dhan Guru, Dhan Guru Piyare
