Guest shame, don't overly worry about this and drag yourself down. Ok you watched some porn. Try and stop and get yourself back on to the right path. It is a human frailty that you have fallen into. That's all. Others on this forum will come out with fanatical answers and be ready to burn your house down whilst waving their kirpans around. Jagsaw singh will probably post some off topic nonsense and JKVlondon will tell you that you are not sikh. ignore it. Just go and mutha taik next time youre in the gurdwara asking for gurus forgiveness and live your life

Look the problem is Kaam is the toughest nut to crack and being amritdhari it may seem taboo to speak about the struggle but the truth is you cannot eliminate kaam from life but only control its influence through naam . I'm guessing you're a young person and it doesn't matter which sex because everyone has the struggle, just be kind to yourself and try to pinpoint why you keep going back is it because you are lonely and want a partner if so maybe it's your time to find one , if its just thrill seeking then go out and find better uses for your energy maybe take up a sport /calisthenics/ freerunning whatever  and get your buzz there. Guru ji know your deepest thoughts and emotions  so do an Ardas for help with this , guaranteed Guru ji will send some your way . Guru ji would want you to keep your rehit but also knows how hard it can be for mere mortals to overcome the great deceiver , maya  so don't feel that there is any anger coming from Him , only a reminder to get up, dust off and resume . Everyone makes mistakes , stay in chardikala and avoid the dodgy websites for your own happiness.

The most common vice to fall into.

Make a vow to God that you'll stop and dont break it.

Have some self respect,it's a dirty habit which u need to break. Break out of the cycle you've put yourself in.

Start doing naam, naam cleanses us of our sins, and keeps our minds off bullsh*t.

When u remember God, your desire for vices decreases. Read Gurbani and Accept and Apply it.

Www.satnaam.info, read the Writings section on the site, it tells u how to deal with Kaam.

Guest Shame, get a grip bruvs (no pun intended) and look at the wider picture. In the bigger scheme of things this is a very small thing (no pun intended).  There are amritdharis out there that became so in order to enrich themselves, some that lie and cheat, some that break laws, some that defraud the welfare. System and expect us to foot the bill, some that steal, some that betray marital vows. All you've done is watch a porn movie. Stop beating yourself up about it (no pun intended)

    • yeh it's true, we shouldn't be lazy and need to learn jhatka shikaar. It doesn't help some of grew up in surrounding areas like Slough and Southall where everyone thought it was super bad for amrit dharis to eat meat, and they were following Sant babas and jathas, and instead the Singhs should have been normalising jhatka just like the recent world war soldiers did. We are trying to rectifiy this and khalsa should learn jhatka.  But I am just writing about bhog for those that are still learning rehit. As I explained, there are all these negative influences in the panth that talk against rehit, but this shouldn't deter us from taking khanda pahul, no matter what level of rehit we are!
    • How is it going to help? The link is of a Sikh hunter. Fine, but what good does that do the lazy Sikh who ate khulla maas in a restaurant? By the way, for the OP, yes, it's against rehit to eat khulla maas.
    • Yeah, Sikhs should do bhog of food they eat. But the point of bhog is to only do bhog of food which is fit to be presented to Maharaj. It's not maryada to do bhog of khulla maas and pretend it's OK to eat. It's not. Come on, bro, you should know better than to bring this Sakhi into it. Is this Sikh in the restaurant accompanied by Guru Gobind Singh ji? Is he fighting a dharam yudh? Or is he merely filling his belly with the nearest restaurant?  Please don't make a mockery of our puratan Singhs' sacrifices by comparing them to lazy Sikhs who eat khulla maas.
    • Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras. The truth is that they weren't goats. It was she-goats (ਬਕਰੀਆਂ). He jhatka'd she-goats. Not he-goats." Wow. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in relation to Sikhi.
    • Instead of a 9 inch or larger kirpan, take a smaller kirpan and put it (without gatra) inside your smaller turban and tie the turban tightly. This keeps a kirpan on your person without interfering with the massage or alarming the masseuse. I'm not talking about a trinket but rather an actual small kirpan that fits in a sheath (you'll have to search to find one). As for ahem, "problems", you could get a male masseuse. I don't know where you are, but in most places there are professional masseuses who actually know what they are doing and can really relieve your muscle pains.
