gurfateh ji. im thinking about having amrit, but before going to the washroom do we need to take off our kakars?i take off my kakars before using the washroom because i find it disrespectful, but my parents are telling me that it is wrong to take off kakars even when in the washroom.this has been bothering me for a few weeks

The correct answer is to ask the Punj Pyare Sewadars directly, as only they are allowed to give the Maryada. (The Maryada should've never been standardized in the first place by the SGPC).
