Keep falling into kaam. Maharaj kirpa that I have never missed any of my nitnem, try to do maximum sangat but kaam does not leave. Blessed are those gurusikhs who conquer this evil. Blessed are those gurusikhs who try to conquer kaam. I am not even 1% equal to them as I only need 5 seconds of convincing before I go down the kaam route.

How do you deal with kaam on a practical level?

That's not your battle, our battle is to follow the Guru to the best of our ability, (if you fight Kaam you WILL LOSE!) In fact if you are even thinking about fighting Kaam or any of the 5 evils, you've already lost, (personal experience), do your best to follow Maryada and build pyaar for Guru Sahib. Build the 5/(8 in some Gurmat thoughts), virues, and Kaam's Virtue form is Sat, (Truth)/ or Prem, (love).
