Why Always Fall Short?

Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Vaheguru Ji Ki Fateh, how come we always fall short despite doing Nitnem and Amrit Vela and trying to follow Guru Sahib to the best of our ability?

I always thought of this as well bro ! 

How long have you been doing bhagti ? you see it takes decades to become engineer , doctor, it takes decades of practice to become good lawyer, businessmen, rich, or any other field you can think of ! 

and yet we always want quick results in domain of spirituality. I know my answer might not console you, but you need to give it more time.

remain on path of sikhi and keep doing your part, rest leave on waheguru ji .

A true warrior in this age is one who fights internal impulses of mind, not an easy task !

Why always fall short?
