what times are things happening in gurdwara

like when is evening ardas time?  Im guessing 8pm? 

when is the guru granth taken upstairs? Im guessing 9-10pm?

When is langar times? 

Can i participate in seva? like helping out with food?

What times gurdwara open in morning?

 

Im from UK london. Would someone give me some help. with above questions
