i tried making an account yesterday and it turns out i already have an account. i must of made it a couple of years back but i cant remember my username or password. 

i requested to reset my password but i didnt receive a email! 

dont know whats happening...

i have emailed several times and requested new password via forgot password but never received an email. I have been trying for a year now!! no emails in spam or junk folders either.
