Of course human rights are a political construct. But the death of zakariya or elites rejoicing mentioned in the blog seems irrelevant or i just dont get it.

Supreme courts still argue if human rights are available to terrorists, prisoners, aliens ie foreigners, fetuses or animals. There is no divine right to anything. As long as ur political system does not stiffle ur rights, u have them

Take the right to arm oneself, which americans are so passionate about. And in europe which has human rights, guns r outlawed
