Singhni wearing long dresses/skirts

I've read a few past discussions related to this topic but what if an amritdhari had to wear a long dress or a long skirt for a formal evening of sorts or for whatever reason (with modesty of course, so not skin tight or short), where would she wear her Kirpan?

if you go with a lengha style seperate top and skirt you can wear it just the same as salwar kameez ...with a long dress  just wear it underneath , if you worried about it moving around awkwardly wear a kamar kassa or tight bodice
