Fixed Term for up to 6 months – maternity cover

You will be required to provide administration support to the Sikh Elders Service and the overall organisation.  You will provide a reception service, undertake a wide range of administration duties, including maintenance and development of administrative systems, as well as monitoring.

It is essential that you are able to speak in Punjabi. You will need to have experience of undertaking reception and administrative duties, operating computer applications and project monitoring. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to work on their own initiative, have effective organisational, IT and communication and literacy skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

CLOSING DATE:  2 October 2016
