Daas likes what @Harsharan000, (I will not quote him; as the new structure has an awful quoting system) said; however, what Daas believes should be made different throughout the times is people focusing on the internal and less on the external. Imagine all of the huge views of if they decide to wear a Gol Dastar or one of them Triangle Pagris, or whether their beard is curly or straight, or to decide whether your clothes are blue or white. I'd rather cut all the meaningless talk.

Learn to live in HIS BANNA and LIVE IN THE PRESENT MOMENT!!!!!  No one on this earth has the SHAKTI to change HIS BANNA, past, present or future.  Things happen because they are MEANT to happen that way; we are meant to learn something from them. This is Sikhee.  To try to change anything in the past, present or future is a SURE sign of restless  minds.  Surrender your EGO and the thought of interfering with His GPlan for His GCreation will disappear!  Live with SABAR and SANTOKH and thank Him everyday for all the gifts He gives us.  This I learned  from my late  dada ji who was an avid reader and a very, very wise amritdari Sikh.

Same, as it was meant to happen it was Hukam. But I would have changed myself and my approach to deal with situations if I had the chance so I would have hurt less and offended less people. 

But even that is the way I am I am and that probably wouldn't have changed either, until God graced me with the experience of to.

To stay in His Bhaana, His Hukum, is the ideal.

But then too, it is very difficult.

Do not get me wrong.

Difficult in the sense, that, if we are not good at heart first, in mind and deeds, we can not stay in His Hukum.

Why?

Because, to stay in His Hukum is only possible by being pure.

Let us see it in this way.

Suppose, we have a dirty vessel, we can not pour milk into it, until we first wash it and make it clean, otherwise the milk will get spoiled.

The base of all spirituality is goodness, saintly virtues, such as humility, tolerance, and forgiveness;  we may say, we are this or that, we do this or that, but that will be only confined to the limitations of our mouths.

The thing is, to stay in His Bhana, is possible only by getting closer to Him, understand what He wants us to do, which is only by doing His real bhakti.

For example Fifth Patshahee, is a vivid example for us, or even the Guru Sahibans, or Bhagat Jan, of the real beings, who knew and understood Him, thus were able to remain in His Bhana, otherwise, it is just a mental concept for the most of us.
