Maryada for Sehaj Path

Hello

Currently with gurus kirpa, I do my sehaj path on my phone and would like to pick up where I left off from maharajs saroop. What is the maryada for this? I will be going to the gurdwara where they have a separate room with prakash, so not sure if degh is prepared for that. Is that necessary?

Can you ask the Gurdwara in advance ?

They don't have degh prepared for that room however as I said I am already in process of reading. Degh was prepared at arambh but not sure if you need in while reading intermittently.
