He needs to know the true meaning if hand chopping though. Thats all.

The link you gave is not providing the true meaning. I already explained why to you. For a person who puts their own views om Gurbani you are trying very hard to put Christian values on Sikhs.. We are Sikhs and learn from Gurbani. stop your nonsense.

Hand-chopping won't improve his bhagti, as these are just rituals which don't equal even one Jaap of the Gurmantar. (Also Jesus Christ isn't really someone a person trying to follow Gurmat can view as an example, especially since in his end time; he left his faith in his God, while Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji kept his faith till the end.) Without Guru Sahib, even Daas would be lost; we should always be blessed to be Sikh, and not having to follow any Pakhandi Baba in our lives. Blessed are those Gurmukhs; who got the chance to stay with GurSikhi.

Sometimes I wonder if people here are so dry in terms of sense of humour they don't understand a joke when presented.

GurSikhs are higher than Jesus: http://www.whyichosesikhism.com/?p=answers&ans=4 don't bring this Singh to a lower state of spirituality. Even a new Khalsa is higher spirituality than Jesus Christ ever was.

Did you know Sant Harnam Singh Ji actually saw Jesus while meditating? Don't throw down Jesus down with Hankar. Guru Nanak Dev Ji is the greatest there ever was, no words can describe his execellence. Jesus was a very spiritual person, Mislead by Maya (perhaps or his teachings distorted, either way I can't affirm it).

I have great sense of humor. Once I start, mod and admins step in cuz the other side starts crying. When it comes to a poster disguising Bible teachings as truth, it's not funny.

Sri Guru Goblins Singh ji said Jesus failed to spread God's name instead spread his own as God. Read Bachittar Natak. Fatshan of Jesus means nothing.

Guest nitnem

The first thing you need to do is do nitnem everyday without fail.

When you have improved things in your life, then go to punj pyare for help and request choola to cleanse yourself.

You can try many different things but in the end Only Guru Sahib can change our destiny, so do ardaas daily. No one here can help you.

Once again, doing full nitnem daily is a must. Doesn't matter how boring you find it. This is our basic connection with Guru Sahib, without nitnem we have no hope. So do nitnem everyday!

When you next see the punj pyare also tell them that you missed out your nitnem.

I've not once denied that All I stated was Jesus was a highly Spiritual being, which he was. No idea where "Chop of his hands" took a biblical turn. However on that subject "Chop off your hands" from what I can gather in terms of Christian message is not to induldge in extremes to "impress god", sound message and look at that, it's in Gurbani too. I see nothing wrong with it.

It's highly arrogant to claim Darshan of Jesus means nothing lol, A Mahapurkh had it, stuff like that doesn't happen to just anyone. I don't see such being lined up to talk to you, rather than hiding in your own little world maybe read the Sakhi about Jesus's Darshan and what he said.

What if you were to die and went to heaven. Then you see Jesus sitting next to God, are you going to order him out ?

Tbere was a time that I developed a great hate for the muslims. Everytime I saw one of them, I had seriously bad thoughts aboug them. I would be burning with rage. Then one day I got this dream - the guradwara was full of muslim saints. They were doing bhagti like no one else business. I was the only lady standing there. None starred up ar all. I walked through them and came outside. No one outside would talk to me either.

The meaning of this dream was - respect other people and their religion. They are part of God's kingdom too. Follow your religion lkkd no one else's business but know that there is no end to Gods kingdom. We may have been Christians too in our last lives never know. In any case when Jesus came, the world was in utter darkness. What he preached did not make much sense. However after reading SGGS the parables seem much clearer and you understand that he was spreading the very same message 2000 ysars ago.

Yes I use Christian examples because I started off with Christianity before I understood Sikhi fully. The examples come to me more easily. Jesus was part of Gods creation and is - so whilst not worshipping him directly we should not ill talk about him and put him down. Just because giani ji gave us an example of Guru Arjun dev jis patience compared to Jesus asking - where are you lord at this time does not mean he totally failed in his mission.

Sikhni Pen Jee,

I agree with with your post above, and though I know it is quite difficult, but as far as possible we should avoid deviating from Gurbani.

The Bani says: Sach Khand vaseh Nirankar.

So if that Wahiguru Nirankar is the only reality existing there in Sach Khand, how can we think we shall we see this, that , or those beings around/ with Him?

We want to go to Sach Khand to merge and become one with Him, not to retain our own petty individual personality, which is due to the mind.

Just as drop of water poured into the Ocean, becomes one with the Ocean... The teachings of our beloved Guru Sahibans, have only one purpose, and that is to become one with Him, such is the beauty and value of Gurbani.

There in Sach Khand, only He exists.

There is no mind or any other entity.

Only He, Wahiguru Akal Purukh.

Sat Sree Akal.

The humourless, straight-down-the-middle, mildly autistic approach from some people is off-putting. Getting life advice from children in their teens who still get their asses wiped by mummy and daddy - figuratively speaking - is laughable at times. They're only parrotting phrases and ideas they've heard others say, so it's not even originating from a place of shared experience, because they have NO life experience of their own, and most probably never will.

Don't try equating Jesus with any chance of the true Guru, (Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji), Daas doesn't go around saying what if the pseudo-sikh pakhandi babas are in heaven idea. Do you know how many innocent people have died in the name of, "Jesus"? Also Daas has already apologized if he was ever a Christian in his past life on a different topic. Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Vaheguru Ji Ki Fateh!
