UK Panthic Meet hold Dhadrianwale at fault

Taksal supporters in UK slammed Dhadrianwale for siding with Missionaries and using derogatory language against Taksal.

London, UK – Following the recent panthic divide between Baba Ranjit Singh Dhadrianwale and Baba Harnam Singh Dhumma,

a panthic meeting was held on 30th May at Guru Nanak Gurdwara Smethwick, to discuss the ongoing issues.

The meeting was mainly attended by Damdami Taksal supporters, Jagowala jatha, Sikh Youth Birmingham and a few others.

The meeting was chaired by Bhai Kuldeep Singh Chiheru.

Among those, who addressed the meeting were Jathedar Charan Singh (Tividale), Bhai Gurjinder Singh (Student, Damdami Taksal),

Jogowale, Bhai Manjit Singh (Khanowal), Bhai Amrik Singh (Student, Damdami Taksal), Bhai Lovshinder Singh Dallewal,

Bhai Harjit Singh Sarpanch (South Hall), Bhai Kaptan Singh, Bhai Jaswinder Singh (GNG Willenhall), Bhai Paramjit Singh (GNG Wednesfield),

Bhai Sohan Singh (Damdami Taksal) and Bhai Jaswinder Singh (GNP, Conventory).

Various Sikh spokesmen mostly belonging to Damdami Taksal group, held Baba Ranjit Singh Dhadrianwale

for promoting Missionaries group stating them as Guru Nindaks and Anti Dasam Granth detractors.

LOL at the huge inferiority complex so many people on this forum seem to have concerning UK Sikhs.

Why is it that nothing stupid anyone does while being a Canadian/NZ/Australian Sikh is ever the responsibility of all Canadian/NZ/Australian Sikhs, but when one Singh does a pudh in Britain they hold every other Sikh on the island personally accountable for the bad smell?

I've never even heard of most of these guys. I'd wager that most UK Sikhs haven't either - so they're hardly our representatives.

That's good to hear. Looks like Dhuma and BJP/RSS have strong supporters in the UK - despite being in small numbers.

Funny how they're turning this into a Sri Dasam Granth issue and dhuma is using the same tactics black cats and politicians use to do thuggery and murder right in the face of Sikh panth and still get away with it with a clean chit.

These missionary idiots aren't tankhaiya yet and even if they were initially this has to be a battle of veechars and Bhai Ranjit SIngh has already clarified he has never spoken out against Damdami Taksal and never spoke out against Dasam Bani. Dhuma using sentiments of Sikhs to save his jathedari position because he knows most Sikhs are against him. He feels if he can get a few narrow minded individuals to defend him it'll be enough to keep his interest in the game.

BJP/RSS own Badals and from history we know Badal will say and do anything just to stay in power. Badal/KPS Gill and BJP-RSS have planted Dhuma into Taksal and Badal has control over SGPC and Sri Akaal Takhat Sahib. Consciously or inadvertently if you defend Dhuma in this issue - you're supporting the beadbi of Guru Gobind Singh Ji's Damdami Taksal. If it wasn't proof already that he will bend over and dance for badal as being anti-Sikh - now that he supports murder of fellow Sikhs and is causing bholay and consciously shraarti individuals to support the attack and shaheedi of Bhai Bhupinder Singh it should be glaringly obvious that no Amridhari rehitvaan Khalsa who belives in Sikh asool will ever support a maha daint.

My only personal moral conflict is whether it's worth opening your mouth against such individuals because they're so narrow minded in their views that they do not respect Sat - the Truth and will go further as to threaten you with physical violence if you speak the truth against their gang leader.

Ramoowala spoke out against Sant Jarnail Singh Khalsa Bhindranwale but Sant Ji would have dealt with anyone who attacked him in such a manner that every Sikh would remember the Hukam of Guru Sahib to never attack a fellow Sikh. Instead Sant Ji gave such a reply that today every Sikh has Sant Jarnail Singh Khalsa Bhindranwale's jeevan in their heart.

I'll leave sangat with this ithihaas from our Sikh history after the death of Maharaja Ranjit Singh of a mahapursh and how they lived their ucha sucha jeevan:

Baba Bir Singh was a true wellwisher of the dynasty of Ranjit Singh and was deeply grieved at the disaster which had overtaken it through the envy of the courtiers after the death of the Maharaja in 1839. During that critical period, Sikh soldiers and peasantry began to turn to him for guidance. On 2 May 1844, Atar Singh Sandhanvalia, who had been in residence in British India for some time, crossed the Sutlej into Sikh territory and joined Baba Bir Singh who was then camping near Harike Pattan. Prince Kashmira Singh and Prince Pashaura Singh and many Sikh sardars, including Jawahar Singh Nalwa, son of the celebrated Sikh general Hari Singh Nalwa, and Diwan Baisakha Singh, had already taken asylum at Bir Singh's dera. Bir Singh's camp had become the centre of a Sikh revolt against the Dogra dominance over the Punjab.

Perturbed at these developments, Hira Singh, the Dogra prime minister of the Sikh kingdom, sent a strong force comprising 20,000 men and 50 guns under the command of Mian Labh Singh to attack the citadel of Baba Bir Singh. The troops besieged the camp on 7 May 1844. Baba Bir Singh forbade his Sikhs to fight back saying, "How can we attack our own brethren?" He was in meditation in the presence of the Holy Book, when he was killed with a shell from the besiegers. Prince Kashmira Singh and Atar Singh Sandharivalia also lost their lives in the heavy cannonade and, in the panic, hundreds of Baba Bir Singh's followers were drowned in the river while trying to cross it. The troops, however, never forgave Hira Singh for forcing them into an action which led to the death of a holy man.

He tried to atone for what had happened by promising to build a samadh where Baba Bir Singh had been cremated, and set aside land yielding Rs 5,000 annually for its maintenance, but his critics were far from assuaged. He had to pay for this onslaught on Naurarigabad with his own life before the year was out. General Court's battalion, which had played a leading part in the action, was boycotted when it reached the headquarters and was always referred to as gurumar (killer of the guru or holy man).
