Shiv Sena Leader Beats Sikh Man On Road

A video has gone viral on social networks showing a Sikh boy being beaten by gangsters in Punjab. One of the gangsters is being described as Nishant Sharma, the same person who was slapped by Jagtar Singh Hawara about 5 years ago at Chandigarh court. The Sikh youth in the video hasnt been identified.

From the video, it appears the Sikh man is being grabbed by the hair and beaten with large batons and weapons openly on the road.
