our skins and genetics run best on high D levels , we need 1 hour of full spectrum sunlight on exposed skin to produce enough D for minimum health because of our melanin . In winter in the northern Hemisphere the light is not strong enough  so we need supplements just like white people in Finland .

everyone have his own thinking and faith shardhaa on guru ji nd no one make others to believe in guru ji like he believes, but still i want you to make urself some faith in guruji

1. There is no bigger shakti in this world universe but only Guru ji

2. From ant to elephant and mountains there is nothing but Guru ji himself prevailing everywhere and all the time

so where will you go to find a pious soul? Guru Gobing singh ji are everywhere and all the time, wherever you look they are there, any sound ur ears receive - its Guru ji in wave forms,  feel Guruji they are right with you infact your body ur eyes nose all all is God Himself ,Parmaatma to bina te koi cheej hai hi nahi naa,

(means just like many water waves are generated from a river but still all waves will be called as water)

similarly everything is God nd nothing else,  God is one but everyone has his own feeling nd sense for him ,i dnt know how u feel Nd consider God but i shared how i feel about God and i feel no tensions and fears as everything is God

Deen dunia di sabh to vaddi power shakti jaagdi jot dhan sri Guru Granth sahib ji jeonde jaagde saade kol hann, why dnt u go there and talk with them, they are Guru Gobind Singh ji himself , go to Guru Sahib and I dnt think there is any more pious soul than Satguru ji, yes they are there plz go and get help from Guru Gobind Singh Ji , they will surely listen to you ,i am 10000 percent sure, nd if u go to Guru Sahib ji with all ur faith and shardhaa there will be NO OTHER BLACK POWER in this world u need to fear or worry about, dnt u have of of what Guruji (God) is capable of ? 

Black magic and other evil powers are like  nothing at all and dnt fear of black magic as its nothing but God himself, sister please go to satguru ji with full shardhaa
