i am taking a Day to trip to attend funeral, need to go straight to funeral home, not taking any luggage with me, i understand,i have to travel without Siri Sahib. so my question is if i do check in for my siri sahib only, can wear it after i land without taking shower? as we are going straight to the funeral home from airport no time to take shower.

If I were you, I would wear a smaller version which stays on me, and leave the bigger one behind as I would not like to put it on without having had a shower.

Kakkars are to be ang of the body and every second of separation is pain for a Gursikh. Put it on ASAP. I have not seen any Rehat advising that ishnaan has to be done before putting the Kirpan on - it technically is never supposed to be separated in the first place.

A bigger version of the kirpan is not allowed on the plane. It is the law which she cannot change. Therefore she will be without a kirpan on the plane journey. If she wears a smaller version then she will be having all her k's on her. She has to take her kirpan off. The smaller version will keep her complete all through with all k's.
