Try the Quinoa and tell me about, then I'll try it lol.

Unfortunately, I'll be sticking to my normal stuff. I can't be eating Quorn, even if it is now eggless.

I was looking for some wholewheat noodles for a healthy stir fry a few days ago, and I thought I'd struck gold, but it turns out they had egg in them. Why would they do that paagalpuna? Nobody puts egg in wholewheat pasta so why do it for noodles.

I don't like the taste of Quorn, going to have to masquerade it with lots of ingredients.

These are not whole wheat but just tasty. Try these and you will get totally addicted. Stir fry some frozen vegs in oil first. Add some mixed herbs. (I have not tried tofu but you can as it is a high protein food) Prepare these noodles in another saucepan. Add the noodles to the cooked vegs. (to make it slightly unhealthy you can add chips - just fry and add to the mix. Reheat in a medium grill and you will get a crunchy meal if you like crunch. You may top with cheese and add in the grill - if you like cheese as it is a protein source too.
