OK, now you've crossed the line.

I will tolerate and respect your views about xmas but I WILL NOT stand by and tolerate whilst insults are hurled at the xmas jumpers. I've go 2 ( a brownish coloured rudolph the red nosed reindeer one and a lovely red santa clause one) and I've been wearing them most days after work this last week or so, and also when we go shopping to Asda. Both my kids also love to wear theirs (both have snow man type ones). My kids brought me my jumpers out of love and I absolutely love wearing them. Rest assured, all of us (apart from my wife, who is from India and so doesn't understand the whole jumper thing) will be wearing our xmas jumpers on xmas day as we all tuck into a lovely xmas dinner comprised of a lovely variety of daals and sabjian.

It is very a very sad part of my 'spiritual' Sikh history. The entire family of my Beloved Guru was martyred! Not to mention the Singhs and the original Panj Piyaareys. They are my history and I will always lovingly keep/hold this history safe in my heart, in every lifetime when I am born as a Sikh and I pray I will always be born a Sikh and nothing else! It is my SACRED history. It is Eternal!

Sikhism has given me so much that I can never repay the Guru ever. I have truly tasted the nectar, the Gubani, in my own special way! I am so lucky.

If you play your cards right, one lifetime as a Sikh should be enough. If, however, this is your second, third, etc, then you're obviously doing something wrong.

Who knows how many times you've been born in a Christian, Muslim, Hindu, Atheist... household, and you've extolled the virtues of those faiths and paths with the same passion and veracity you're promoting Sikhi on this particular occasion.

You must have noticed this is not a very common feeling among people born as sikhs by birth. It is quite unusual for their vocal chords to produce these kinds of comments! Do you know why this is so? It is due to the fact they have suddenly smelled the dollar notes in their new countries. They have started living in the lands of plenties..............

That's bull5hit. Apnay in Panjab are even more greedy and ruthless than anyone else, or at least no less.

Don't you get it twisted, our lot specifically, (especially in pends) are notorious for their violent land disputes. This has been the case since I was kid. There were even some songs about going to the courts (kacheree) with a gun and a crew to 'resolve' the disputes. lol
