the one Baba I think Sewa Singh ji from Nanaksar who gave astifa will be pro Sarbat Khalsa and attending , badal jr thought he could bring him round to his view but it didn't happen

Just wondering, how will the sarbat khalsa implement whatever they decide to agree upon? sarbat khalsa can pass any resoulation but how will they make sure it goes into effect. you might remember last sarbat khalsa where alot of things were agreed upon but nothing got done afterward.
