It makes me laugh how some Sikhs think the RSS is some type of SPECTRE-like organisation working silently and unseen in the background, its modus-operandi being one of subterfuge through indulging in espionage of its opponents and potential threats, lmao. Anything to keep the sheep amongst us from questioning and holding the enemy within to account for their lies and distortions. I suppose life is easier to deal with if there's a boogy monster on whom to pin all the tragedies and ills of existence, instead of looking within and asking the hard questions. It must be lovely to live in a perpetual state of denial.

This accusation can go to the court and police investigation but if is not proven to be true, then it just remains an accusation. If all we need are accusations to prove someone is a sexual molester, the jails would be filled with innocent people. I'm not saying he is innocent either. This is a very serious accusation on someone's moral character. One should form their opinion on evidence instead of word of mouth or what we like to believe to be true, because then you just become a blind believer.

Veereh you dont get it...ok..just do a little research on law and how cases go to crown court..google it for basic info...forget harinder singh and sikhi etc...also look at actus reus and mens reus....this is very basic law...

For it to get to crown..from police to magistrates....if nothing at all happened trust me police would not have charged never mind magistrates passing it to crown...acts were conducted but intention is very very difficult to prove....

Now look at it from gurmat, which sampeada, maha pursh has ever wacked ppl on their private parts as an act of kaam test..

The highly efficient secret polices of communist Russia and Nazi Germany were the products of cultures in which one was expected to sacrifice all personal ambition atop the altar of a 'greater good'. Nobody adopted the role of infiltrator/secret servicemen for the sake of money, those who applied were invariably very devoted nazis and communists. Indians understand little of the spirit of selflessness or fidelity to a principle larger than themselves. Most are far too craven and greedy/ambitious to give precedence to anything over their own small-minded objectives. History has demonstrated time again that even the most devout Hindus are hardly ever prepared to stand up for their cherished beliefs when the going gets tough.

Absolute!y spot-on. To put it in layman terms the way I see it, they've neither the courage, the intelligence, or the apparatus to undertake anything of the type of operations we Sikhs love to attribute to them.

There's probably a dusty office in a government building in Delhi half-heartedly set-up to deal with such things, run by a paunchy, middle-aged civil servant, lol, but not on the scale and with the ruthless professionalism that's assumed by us.

Okay, lets assume this is correct, since I'm not familiar with nkj or harinder singh so can someone explain to me what is mouth to mouth simran and how is this done and why does he or anyone check another persons genitals? Is this confirmed facts of that group or are these just rumours that are being spread by their opponents?

Another question is, on which report does it say that the case was dropped because of public relations otherwise he would have been found guilty of the crime?

regarding mouth to mouth and private part tickling i have no idea why this is practiced but according to harinder singh you share or give your kamai via mouth, especially to beginners..the private part tapping with stick was to test kaam...

He mentions it in the audio about mouth to mouth and genitals scene..no i have not seen mouth to mouth simran sessions but personally i think it is just an act of kaam where one enjoys the energy of that act...the justification is that naam is transferred.. abit like when vidiya guru fooks (blows) matras in his students ear (this makes a little more sense then mouth to mouth.)...through out my research and conversations with practicing bhagats i have never come across this mouth to mouth... thakreh mahapursh dont need to do such things as being in their presence naam rec ites in you (if its in your karam)...

again if you really want to know you need to ask those that practice it..maybe ask singh whos friends with jatha member..maybe he can shed light...

as for stick thing ive only seen (on you tube) shiva worshippers do an exercise with stick to genitalsto control kaam...you can also see it on youtube..

Not going completly off topic..but theres a discusion of authenticity of chitropakiyan of dasam bani on sikh awareness...this is why maharaj told of such stories so we do not get shocked.. abit lije when i saw that akj man doing that thing, after that when i hear of such things from religious people im not shocked...the lesson i learned from that video is that even if someone is amritdhari does not mean they are untouchable....

so do nog be shocked about men/women/bhagats doing such things..even in kalki it mention father daughter relations etc....

Satbachan jee, so lips between the two individuals dont really have any contact with each other. Then how is this considered "mouth to mouth" or even a homosexual act because when you and jagsaw were calling it "mouth to mouth" this term implies two individuals locking lips with one another when this isn't even the case here.

And you guys vaguely implied with regards to the genitals as if he is touching another persons exposed genitals with his hands when that doesn't seem to be the case here either.

And based on these two accusations you and jagsaw seem to have made this man guilty of homosexuality. You have mentioned Harinder Singh talking anout these two acts in an audio recording. Do you have the audio so I can hear under what context he is talking about these two acts.

I dont know anyone from nkj so I dont know who to talk to. So that is why I am asking those questions. It is best that we get to the bottom of this matter because in such situations a lot of rumours fly around. Its only fair for the sangat to know how much such rumours are based on facts.
