CLEAN YOUR KIDNEYS IN Rs. 5.00 OR EVEN LESS

Years are passing by and our kidneys are filtering the blood by removing salt and any unwanted bacteria entering our body.

With time salt accumulates in our kidney and it needs to undergo cleaning treatment. How are we going to do this?

Here is an easy, cheap and simple way to do it. Take a bunch of coriander (DHANIYA Leaves) and wash it clean. Cut it in small pieces and put it in a pot.

Pour clean water and boil it for ten minutes and let it cool down. Next filter it and pour it in a clean bottle and keep it in refrigerator to cool.

Drink one glass everyday and you will notice all salt and other accumulated impurities coming out of your kidney while urination.

You will be able to notice the difference yourself!

DHANIYA/CORIANDER is known as a best cleaning treatment for kidneys and the best part is it is natural!

Simran Pen Jee,

the post above is a forward I got from a friend, and I felt sharing it with the sangat here. I am no specialist in these matters, but as you ask me....so in my personal opinion, there should be no harm in it, as it is like drinking water, with the addition of coriander, which has beneficial effects, as it has a huge amount of vitamin C in it also.

And I would say that as a general rule, if done in a normal way it should be o.k, avoiding excesses, as excess in everything is usually harmful; except His bhakti, which has no contraindications, no limitations of any kind, but only benefits....sarab rog ka aukhad Nam. :smile2:

HAVE A GLASS OF WATER BEFORE YOUR TEA OR COFFEE,

YOUR STOMACH WILL THANK YOU

Ph value of tea is 6, and for coffee is 5.

These PH values, indicate how acidity is increased in our bodies with the intake of these two.

Acidity causes major problems as cancers, ulcers, etc.

Drinking a glass of water before tea or coffeee, will minimize the damage.

PRECAUTIONS WHILE VOMITING

A 16 year old boy recently died. He and his brother were sleeping in the same room. Late night he got up to vomit. His brother said he held his hand to his mouth and went to the bathroom.

After vomiting, he complained of difficulty in breathing.

Later died.

Now it has been declared by Doctor that he held on to his vomit till he reached the toilet in order to not to spoil the bed or carpet, and that's what choked him. The vomit went straight into his wind pipe & the breathing tract.

So, we should let kids puke wherever they want, and then go to the bathroom. We should never force them to hold on to their vomit till they reach the bathroom. The carpet can always be washed, but we cannot get a child back.

Rujuta Diwekar is the highest paid *dietician* in India.

She is the one who took care of *junior Ambani* to lose 108 kgs.
*Her advice to diabetics*:

1. *Eat fruits grown locally* ..... Banana, Grapes, Chikoo, Mangoes. All fruits have FRUCTOSE so it doesn't matter that you are eating a mango over an Apple. A Mango comes from Konkan and Apple from Kashmir. So Mango is more local to you.

*Eat all the above fruits in DIABETES as the FRUCTOSE* will eventually manage your SUGAR

  2. Choose Seed oils than Veggie oils. Like choose ground nut, mustard, coconut & til. *Don't choose chakachak packing oils*, like olive,  rice bran etc
*Go for kachchi ghani oils than refined oils*

  3. Rujuta spends max time in her talks talking about GHEE and its benefits.
*Eat GHEE daily*. How much GHEE we should eat depends on food. Few foods need more GHEE then eat more and vice versa. Eat ample *GHEE. It REDUCES cholesterol*.

  4. *Include COCONUT.* Either scraped coconut over food like poha, khandvi or chutney with idli and dosa
Coconut has *ZERO CHOLESTEROL* and it makes your WAIST SLIM

  5. *Don't eat oats, cereals for breakfast*. They are packaged food and we don't need them.  Also they are tasteless and boring and our day shouldn't start with boring stuff.
Breakfast should be poha, upma, idli, dosa, paratha

  6. Farhaan Akhtar's New ad of biscuits - fibre in every bite... Even ghar ka kachara has fibre, likewise oats have fibre. Don't chose them for fibre. *Instead of oats, eat poha, upma, idli, dosa*

  7. *No JUICES till you have teeth* in your mouth to chew veggies and fruits

  8. *SUGARCANE is the real DETOX* . Drink the juice fresh or eat the SUGARCANE

  9. For pcos, thyroid - do strength training and weight training and avoid all packaged food

10. *RICE - eat regular WHITE RICE. NO NEED of Brown rice.* Brown rice needs 5-6 whistles to cook and when it tires your pressure cooker, then why do you want to tire your tummy.

A white rice is hand pounded simple rice

*Rice* is not high is GI INDEX.  Rice has mediun GI index and by eating it with daal / dahi / kadhi we bring its GI index further down
If we take _ghee over this daal chawal then the GI INDEX is brought further down._
*B.* Rice has some rich minerals and you can eat it even three times a day

11. How much should we eat - *eat more if you are more hungry,* let your stomach be your guide and vice versa

12. We can *eat rice and chapati together* or only rice if you wish. It depends on your hunger. *Eat RICE in ALL THREE MEALS without any fear.*

13. Food shouldn't make you scared like eating rice and ghee. *Food should make you FEEL GOOD*

14. *NEVER* look at *CALORIES*. Look at *NUTRIENTS*

15. *No bread, biscuits, cakes, pizza, pasta*

16. Ask yourself is this the food my Nani & Dadi ate?  If yes then eat without fear.

17. Eat as per your season. *Eat pakoda, fafda, jalebi in monsoon*. Your hunger is as per season. Few seasons we need fried food so eat them.

18. When not to have chai - tea - don't drink tea as the first thing in morning or when you are hungry. Rest you can have it 2-3 times a day and with sugar

19. *NO GREEN tea plesse.* No green, yellow, purple, blue tea.

20. Eat *ALL* of your *TRADITIONAL* foods.

21. Strictly *NO* to packaged foods / drinks.

22. *Exercise / Walk* more to digest & stay healthy.

Regards,
Rujuta Diwekar

veer ji by boiling we lose a lot of the vitamins and change the natural properties of the dhaniya ...maybe blending in water and straining would be better?

all oils are bad because they are nutrient deficient calorie dense foods . For cooking coconut is better than most avoid all polyunsaturated oils as they become toxic on heating and create free radical hell in your body. Sunflower margarine is bad as it will increase the omega 6 level in body leading to inflammation and imbalance in omega3 6 9 balance . Most people are deficient in 0mega 3 so try to eat nuts and seeds instead of oils as the oil becomes rapidly rancid in oxygen eat linseeds freshly coldmilled , shelled hemp seeds (perfect balance of omegas)

SUDDEN UNEXPECTED DEATH AT NIGHT - HOW TO AVOID IT.

Warning to those who usually get up at midnight or early morning to urinate: You must take note of the "3 Half Minute Pauses".

Why is it important?

It will greatly reduce the risk of sudden unexpected death. We often hear stories that a person who looks very healthy, suddenly died at night. The reason is that when a person wakes up at night to go to the bathroom, it's often done hurriedly.

Standing up too soon from a lying position causes lack of sufficient blood flow to the brain. That is why the "3 Half Minute Pauses" is very important. ECG pattern can change because of sudden change in body position affecting blood circulation to the brain eventually causing heart failure.

You are advised to practice these:

1. When waking from sleep, lie in bed for the 1st half minute;

2. Sit in bed for the next half minute;

3. Lower your legs while sitting on the edge of the bed for the last half minute. After that series of half minute pauses, you won't likely suffer from insufficient blood circulation to your brain, reducing the possibility of sudden unexpected death

A perspective on how emotions affect health...

You are not a drop in the ocean, but an ocean in every drop...said Rumi.

What did he mean by that... every cell in our body is intelligent to think and act.

We have 60 trillion cells in our body, and our health depends a lot on the harmonic balance and cohesion of the cells with each other...

In the movie Eat, Pray Love, Julia Roberts visits a wise man in Bali, and he advises her not to try too hard to meditate.. in fact he suggests that medidation is nothing but smiling and the line that is a kicker, is " Smile with your liver "

If you believe that this is just a metaphor, lets look at the other end of the spectrum, to prove just how crucial this is..

Let us say you hold a negative emotion towards somebody, something or some event in your life... each time you think of that your whole body relives the emotional upheaval of that association..

Your mind doesn't have a mind of its own, and doesn't know if the event is happening in real time or it is being replayed..

So it produces the same stress hormores namely cortisol.. each and every cell of your body starts feeling the same emotion of let us say "hatred" towards that event, person or experience all over again...

The body isn't at ease.. this is a state where the condition of dis-ease sets in....

If you continue to live in that state, your cells are now getting conditioned to live in the same state...

Health of a person, depends on how well all the systems of the body and the 60 trillion cells play the melody of harmony together..

When the cells are living in a state of hatred.. they soon start exhibiting that with each other and killing healthy cells in the body...This leads to many forms of auto immune disease...

Like Rumi said.. you are a drop in the ocean, you are an ocean in every drop...

Be careful of your thoughts, your feelings and your emotions...

Forgive people, not because they deserve it, but because you need it...Stay happy, stay healthy.

Note: got the above  lovely piece of truth from a friend, which I liked, and felt like sharing with the sangat here.

You're very hypocritical to write this, when you yourself turn your back on people, after they tell you their personal details. when they need help, so they divert further from Sikhi.

Forgive people? You must be joking, there's only so much forgiveness one can do. I never ever said nothing bad to you, if anything I always supported you and respected you. But when I needed help in my worst time you turned your back. So no I won't forgive you. When you know somebody is hurting so much, you can't help them. I leave it to Waheguru.

Some nice quotes for us and people that change, even the ones that make the other look bad.

"Share your smile with the world. It's a symbol of friendship and peace."

Christie Brinkley

"Humility is the true key to success. Successful people lose their way at times. They often embrace and overindulge from the fruits of success. Humility halts this arrogance and self-indulging trap. Humble people share the credit and wealth, remaining focused and hungry to continue the journey of success."

Please do not wash your dirty linen in public.  Enough. Do not act as a victim.

If I ignore people and you in this case, believe it, it is for your  double face, which I saw in you recently.

So naturally, I will ignore you.

I have being keeping quite out of respect all this time, as it has been seen in the past also, so please just leave me alone

What do I owe you? In which way am I obliged to you?

And I am no god, to know that you or anybody are or were going through a bad period.

Did you tell me anything about it? Or is that I can see through the computer?  Just stop giving freedom to your wild imagination, and see things which do not exist.

Accept the fact, that my reaction towards you, is not baseless, but due to some action of yours. Things do not happen just like that suddenly

Though I have no intentions in arguing with you, but as a human being, I wish you all the best in all the fields,

Neither I am perfect, I am here to learn from everyone, whom  Wahiguru brings them into my way, whether good or bad, each one is responsible for their karam.

I may not agree with people on many issues, but for sure, I  will not force anything on them, and also will change my direction to walk.

By the way, the post above, was not at all directed at you, but as usually I regularly post in the threads I am interested in.

As most of the posters, i also write not to please or displease anyone in particular, or get any clappings, but because writing is a passion, and as such, share and learn from others posts.  One has to be very narrow minded, if one thinks otherwise.

Don't play that game with me ok. You're the one that is a user for likes. You should be ashamed of yourself. You're a very clever man, even if others can't see it. I thought too you are respectable but how wrong I was.

You play a game. Shame on you. I only tell truth. If it hurts you, I don't care because that's how you hurt me and others.

I did tell you my problems, but you're just an ignorant man, who only likes hearing praises of yourself. And for the record, I will say this again, I gave you respect, but you lost it and I don't play your game. I will also say it's you that further pushed me to thinking of suicide. Because you can't admit where you're wrong, but will belittle a woman on the main to make out you're all pure and pious.

So yes thanks to you, for diverting me from my faith when I needed help the most, at my worst time.

You're not here to learn, you purposely did what you did, first you encouraged me to follow Sikhi, and boost confidence and then you dump the very same person that gave you the most respect and support on here.

Yes I have some problems, so does everybody else.

My dirty linen? And if one can't ask on a forum anonymously, then where else should they? Well now you know how it hurts to be manipulated and used. And I wonder who you're next victim is. No guesses, because I already, the one and only that pushes her different faith on the forum to confuse people.

You don't wish my best in anything, you only write that so people that already respect you don't think bad of you. You only want to make me look bad. The difference between me and you is, you dress it up in fancy words, whereas I don't.

Go ahead belittle me all you like, I guess the truth hurts. Shouldn't have messed with me then, especially with somebody that has a serious health condition, to make them worry and hurt more.

I am the victim, you did wrong with me. You're hardly the victim, you nasty man.

God is watching you, so you will answer to them, but thanks anyways for nothing. And thanks for blaming me.

And lastly you're not Sant or mahapursh the way you make out to be.

Horaan nu magar la main nai tere magar lagna.

The End. No point wasting anymore time on you.

PS: You're a hypocrite, you give advice to people in need in Gupt/Anonymous but you don't help those that need it.  Likhi ja nakli essays.  Te main v likhungi, coz I understand when to genuinely help, you don't.

You're also a liar, and you know what, stuff you, keep the forum to yourself. I'm done with it, now you can manipulate Preeet and which  ever woman that is vulnerable or doesn't have enough knowledge.

I'm already hurting a lot in my life and you knew I'm going through a bad time. If I kill myself, it will be your fault   . Don't fuckin push me.

Utter madness!!!!  Sheer stupidity!!!  Nonsense!!!!!  Lies upon lies !!!!

Thank you for making my job easy, for revealing the truth  of you stabbing me, while  falsely calling me paji all the time. That´s it.

It is you, who hurt yourself, because of your short temper, which produces the poison of hankar, hatred, and a big bunch of lies, which altogether  make you see things, that do not exist in reality, and make you act so insensitively.

Nothing of what you have said is the truth above, I do not have to prove anything to anybody, sangat here is wise enough to see what is right or not, and not get influenced by your lies and tantrums.

Get up Simran, no need for all that noise, just control your temper, be humble, be truthful, do not be so self centered, things will start falling right for you.

Repeat once again, I do not owe you anything, nor am I obliged to you in any way.

Rest is all your choice.
