I created this short film to inspire people to search within themselves and find their mind-body-spirit connection through the use of faith. This connection can be felt but not understood by the human mind, but it exists to help prepare and face the different challenges that we all face.

sunny nice film and idea a few points:

edited out the seeds you can't get apples from pumpkin seeds ... people can recognise that besides appleseed take at least a couple of years to produce fruit

you put a lot of emphasis on his physical training but little on his faith training it seems that he didn't change much in that respects maybe you need to add more to that side

You are correct regarding the pumpkin seeds, however it was more to symbolize time. Thus meaning that the time taken for a fruit to grow from a seed, equates to the time taken for the character to focus on his mind-body-spirit connection. An apple is presented to illustrate that this connection has been found and he has conquered his inner self.
