Right Way To Tie A Dastasr?

I tie my pagh going left to right... But I am told that this is wrong and it needs to be tied right to left ... Is there any real maryada behind this... I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter but I wanna know for sure....

Are you left-handed because that might feel more natural to you? I tie right to left but my daughter is a leftie and feels the other way round is easier for her . If the ideal is to tie dumalla or gol dastar where you should not be able to work out where begins /ends then maybe it's not a big problem....anybody ?

No I'm right handed and tieing left to right just feels natural. .. I just want to know if there is any real maryada....
