What's not interesting about this article? It's rather interesting in that Sikhism is not what the Gurus taught per se. I also think it's more than just a change from orthopraxy to orthodoxy, it's an entire world view, paradigm shift, that has resulted in a neo-Sikhi aka Sikhism.

I still do believe we need orthodoxy.
