Where Can I Learn The Personal Part Of Ardaas?

Vaheguru jee,

We all say Ardaas every day. However, when said in sangat I never know what to say in the personal part. Especially as my Punjabi isn't great, by myself I say what I want of course but in sangat it seems people have a set thing to say (eg. please keep us in good sangat, help us with Amrit vela, etc). I know some Gutke Sahibs include this within them.

Where can I read one of these so I get a better idea of what to say?

Lol same issue over here too! Some Sikhs use beautiful panjabi in that part of the ardas, but like you said its like its always rehearsed when the Giani does it because they do the same one numerous times maybe tayloring it to the specific ceremony, occasion or reason for the ardas

According to my understanding, Its actually not neccesary at all to learn intellectually- personal part of ardas in gursikhi bhagti marg because personal ardas is not meant to be learned intellectually or conceptually, or even turned into repetive ritual but personal ardas of a bhagat is rather done with similiar perception of innocent children calling out for mommy or daddy for help and get help in return from everyone because when child calls out for help it comes from inner heart/inner being without sense of mind or sense of perfecting it or learning it....innocent child calling for help does not learn intellectually calling out for help..child just does with such natural innocence and purity. Similiarly, personal ardas should be done with child like innocence, purity and sincerity.

We all have to unlearn intellectual/conceptual baggage that we have learned in one point or another as its part of illusory mind..Sikh indentify itself with all prevading chaitan-consciouness/intuitive guidance-inner bibek within not illusory, egoic transient vulnerbale mind. Ironically contary to worldly or even scholary studies, spirituality sikhi/adhyatmic marg or sikh studies/ stage is actually reverse which requires to un learn everything, giving up pre condioning, condioned mind, unindentifying with intellectual/conceptual baggage, back to innocent child nature to unborn nature.
