The price of dairy and meat would go up through the roof if all cows/animals were fed organic grass/grains, were free-roaming, allowed to live full natural lives, etc. The price of dairy/meat products would go up more than 1000% and the demand would decrease at least 1000%, and therefore the industries and economy would collapse.

The amount of land/resources needed for the animals and the amount of time it would take for animals to naturally reproduce would be too 'costly'.

The only way these industries can exist as an industry, is if it is a factory system (like it currently is).

Conveyer belts, production lines, cages, improper feeding, improper handling of animals, no compassion, etc.
